What we are looking for: 

We are looking for an industrious individual to assist in our Residential Solar Project Management Department. The candidate must be an efficient, flexible and motivated individual. They must be a reliable team member, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working well with interruptions. This is a dynamic role and has the potential to grow into a lead project manager over time.


Essential job duties may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting Residential Solar Project Managers with various tasks and projects

  • Schedule attend inspections 

  • Prepare balance-of-material system components and parts orders/ job kits

  • Assist with scheduling client communications

  • Evaluate plansets and designs based on solar specific building code

  • Book and monitor travel accommodations and process per diem forms

  • Interface with Accounting and HR Departments 

  • Information gathering and research for special projects or custom installations

  • Preparing various project documents, including project close out incentive paperwork and applications

  • Performing on-site system walkthroughs with clients

RequireMENTS

  • 1+ years prior administrative experience (construction or solar industry a plus)

  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, and respond appropriately to frequent change in   priorities and services as necessary

  • Possess excellent customer service skills and follow through

  • Effective organizational and written/oral communication skills

  • High proficiency in Google Suite of programs

  • Knowledge of solar installation and construction processes is desired

  • Knowledge to solar permitting and design processes is desired

  • Solar related certifications (SEI training, LRT licensure, or NABCEP certifications) are beneficial

This position starts at $62,400 - $69,680.

Position is full time. Working hours at Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Work hours will be in-office, in-warehouse, and on job sites.
